Before Lucy met our Outreach support team, she was in a dark place experiencing homelessness and mental health issues. Our Outreach youth workers were able to step in and organise temporary accomodation for her to keep her off the streets while she got herself back on track. Fast forward a little while and Lucy now has a place of her own and a part time job.
