It's estimated that up to 2 million people have been affected with hundreds of thousands of people forced to flee homes that have been inundated with floodwaters.
Children affected by this disaster are now especially vulnerable to disease, hunger and injury. Some have been separated from their families and are in urgent need of protection.
World Vision is on the ground distributing emergency food, clean water and temporary shelter supplies among displaced families. This response will grow once we have a full picture of survivors' needs.

$43 can provide training for one child protection volunteer helping up to 15 vulnerable children
$166 can provide one family with hygiene and sanitation supplies for a month
