Each year between April and November, the majestic humpback whale makes a 10,000 kilometre pilgrimage north from the chilly Southern Ocean to the warm sub-tropical waters off the Australian coast to mate and give birth. We’re proud to have been a part of the campaign to secure a network of the world’s largest marine reserves and will continue to monitor and act on threats to humpbacks like offshore mining and dredging.
