SANE "Help Centre 2020" - $25 Pledge

The SANE Help Centre is the only support service of its kind in Australia for people affected by complex mental health issues.
This free national service currently relies solely on the generosity of our donors and community support.
First established as just a phone line, the service model evolved to include email and live chat provided by specialist mental health professionals. Since 2017, because of your support we extended the weekday operating hours from 5pm to 10pm, ensuring that people
who previously couldn’t reach us afterhours can now get the support and information they need. This is particularly important for those we support in WA, SA and NT.
Today the service provides 12,000 hours of specialist support each year to the public via phone, webchat and email. By 2020 we want to expand our Help Centre services to provide specialised integrated support for 40,000 Australians per year.
