Gender inequality exacerbates the impact of poverty on women. Pollinate Group alleviates this by teaching entrepreneurship skills to women living in marginalised communities within India and Nepal so they can become leaders and role models within their communities.

- Identify and recruit women to join our network as entrepreneurs selling life-improving products (such as solar lights, water filters and sanitary napkins) to their neighbours
- Develop their skills in business, gender empowerment, sales and marketing to have impact in their community and grow their business
- Provide women with an environment to learn, earn money, increase confidence, and build their identity as a leader, with support every step of the way.
