Every year, malaria kills around 660,000 people and infects more than 200 million people. Ninety percent of these deaths occur in sub-Saharan Africa.
This suffering and loss of life are tragically unnecessary as malaria is largely preventable, detectable and treatable.
The most effective treatment for malaria is artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACTs). ACTs have low toxicity, few side effects and act rapidly against the parasite.
A monthly donation of $35 can provide anti malaria treatment for 30 children.
All donations are directed to where the medical need is greatest.
