KidsXpress provides an innovative and transformative therapy program for kids impacted by emotional trauma. Our program uniquely combines Music, Art, Drama, and Play therapy in a co-leg group therapy program. We offer a safe and supportive environment to children between the ages of 4-14 years who are experiencing life challenges such things as illness or death of a family member, abuse or neglect, separation of parents, behavioural issues, and self-esteem issues (in particular related to anxiety and bullying).

KidsXpress empowers children by providing a creative opportunity to identify, express, enjoy, and enhance positive strategies for their lives. These skills will significantly increase the self-esteem and resilience of children and will contribute to their development into healthy adulthood.
