Country Hope ~ Supporting children with cancer and chronic life threatening illnesses
Country Hope is a country based Charity that supports families who have children with cancer and other chronic life-threatening illnesses. Country Hope provides support to children and their families in Southern NSW and North Eastern Victoria. We have offices in Wagga Wagga, Albury and Griffith.
Country Hope does not receive any form of Government funding and relies primarily on donations and fundraising from our community as well as some grants, to ensure our local families have access to the essential support they require when caring for a child with cancer or other life threatening illness.
We provide practical, financial and emotional support for families, including appropriate referral pathways and grief and bereavement support.
We also offer training and support for our volunteers and carers, as well as building strong community spirit, opportunities and skills within our local communities.
