The Family Social Worker at Childhood Cancer Support hosts a Coffee, Cake & Chat afternoon each week. This is a simple way of providing paediatric oncology families with the opportunity to meet others who are on the same journey.
Each week families are able to come together in our Community Room or playground for a complimentary coffee, cake (or other goodies) and chat with our qualified Family Social Worker and each other. We also at times will invite guest speakers to talk with families with topics related to their cancer journey. Everyone on a cancer journey with their child is invited. At times, we will also hold an activity for the kids so mum, dad, grandparents and carers can have a moment to themselves.
If you would like to support Coffee, Cake & Chat $10 will provide some delicious treats for families.
