Caritas Australia, through the Caritas Internationalis network, one of the largest humanitarian networks in the world, is working to support over half a million people on the brink of famine across Kenya, Malawi, Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan.
The global Caritas network is providing emergency assistance to the people who are most affected. Local and international Caritas partner agencies are on the ground providing clean water, food items, sanitation supplies and other emergency supplies.
