Help disadvantaged students get work ready with a Beacon Mock Interview
$ 20.00
Mock interviews provide many at risk youth with the skills and preparation needed to land themselves their first job.

Many teenagers start applying for casual jobs at the age of 15. It's important that they get a few practice interview runs before the real thing. They want to build theses skills so that when the time comes for a real interview they have the skills and knowledge required to land that job!

Students benefit immensely from having a not so familiar face interview them and provide constructive feedback. These business volunteers also bring with them experience and current knowledge of what employers are looking for.

At Beacon we target our programs to disadvantaged young Australians - knowing that early intervention can have a dramatic impact on helping students achieve a positive post-school pathway either into employment or further education.

Your gift will fund a disadvantaged student to attend a Mock Interview session in a Beacon Member School in Australia.
