Reconnexion focuses on young people to prevent the development of entrenched behaviours and subsequent years of fear and missed opportunities. Anxiety disorders and depression have a disabling effect on many aspects of a person’s life. People’s ability to work suffers; they become isolated and dependent on other family members and intimate relationships deteriorate.
