In Papua New Guinea, we support the Nana Kundi Crisis Counselling Centre to offer counselling services and a safe space for women experiencing domestic violence. Violence and sexual assault are all too common in PNG. Women have limited choices in relationships, and as a result, statistics show that 70% of women experience domestic violence. With this gift, we can protect women and educate them about their rights, while also putting an end to violent attitudes and behaviour toward women and girls.
