FIGHT AGAINST HEART DISEASE - $100

With the growing amount of obesity, leading to heart disease and diabetes in our community we aim towards helping people build a HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE for themselves and their families. Give a gift towards current research on the worldwide epidemic known as Metabolic Syndrome – a condition that sadly is reversing the previous decline in heart disease. Metabolic Syndrome occurs with great frequency in people who are overweight and it’s now estimated that more than 20% of Australians have the condition. Alarmingly, it’s appearing with greater frequency in young Australians – even children – and also raises the chances of developing diabetes.
