Gastronorm baking trays are used to make filo pastries and sausage rolls. We pack these food parcels full of goodness - fresh vegetables, high-fibre bread crumbs, eggs, lean mince meat. They are used almost every day in our kitchen and last forever. We will need more as we move to our new kitchen and expand our production.
