There are less than 8,000 snow leopards left in the Himalaya. These beautiful endangered animals are under constant threat from habitat encroachment and poaching for Asian medicines. We are working with the Snow Leopard Conservancy to educate local communities, train local conservationist and carry out important field studies throughout the Himalayan region.
