Music Therapy Class - $60

$60 will provide a 1 hour music therapy class for someone with a disability and their family to facilitate communication and emotional expression

Able Australia currently works with Peter, a nine-year-old boy with multiple physical & intellectual disabilities. Peter has great difficulty with his expressive communication. Using music therapy techniques, Dewi has turned Peter’s favourite songs into sensory activities for Peter to share with his mother, including physical movement and tactile interaction. Nowadays Peter is holding eye contact, playing instruments, and even sharing hugs & smiles with his mother which is making a huge difference to their relationship!
