Variety, the Children's Charity (NSW)
Variety raises vital funds through numerous events. These are channelled in a transparent manner into our three major Grants Programs:
Variety Freedom Program (mobility, communications & experiences): Provides wheelchairs, Sunshine Coaches, Liberty Swings, vehicle modifications, sleep positioning systems, continence aids & wigs for Alopecia sufferers.
Variety Caring For Kids Program (hospital care, services & equipment): Supports health services including hospitals, intensive care units and specialised medical services, providing funding for a diverse range of equipment, such as incubators, monitors and ambulances.
Variety Future Kids Program (education, experiences & play): Grants assist more than one child - including computers and education equipment. Communication devices - such as Boardmakers - may be funded for children suffering Autism. Scholarships are also granted to children who've demonstrated excellence in arts, drama, sports, music, academia and self-development.
