At a time when water supplies are a major concern and we are losing our natural environment at an ever increasing rate- staggeringly Victoria has just 2% of its original grasslands left- we need to think about how we use our resources. Using native plants dramatically reduces the amount of water the land needs and it stops our plants and animals from disappearing forever. Why wouldn’t you go native?
