It is estimated that more than 17% of South Australians have a print disability (264,000 people), 1197am RPH Adelaide
plays a vital role in meeting their information needs. Among this group are people with severe vision loss,
those who understand spoken English but cannot read it easily, people with learning difficulties, and those
with physical disabilities such as arthritis.
