International Women's Development Agency
Two days of vital hygiene and skills training to over 20 women in PNG. - $80.00
IWDA is working towards increased recognition and valuing of women’s role in natural resources management to provide opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.
$80 supports a local trainer in PNG to deliver two days of vital hygiene and skills training to over 20 women, including raw materials and equipment.
As women produce an estimated 80% of the world’s food, caring for the environment and natural resource management is an essential part of IWDA’s work.
Through Wide Bay’s Conservation Association project in PNG, we build the confidence of women to engage in land use and improve their skills and knowledge in natural resource management.
In Fiji, with Women’s Action for Change (WAC), we support women and their families to gain confidence in their leaderships decisions on sources of income.
