A "Heart to Heart" conversation - $30.00
There is nothing more frightening th being alone in hospital and knowing that you are going to have an operation on your heart. Members of Heart Support Australia give up their time everyday to visit those people in hospital and help them through this trying time. However, they must be trained and the training must be updated regularly to ensure that members give patients the correct information. Your $30.00 will train a member of Heart Support Australia in the Heart Health Support Service who will, in turn, assist many hundreds of people whoare heart patientts, their families and their carers.
