Men and women in Malawi and Zambia are being trained in health, hygeine and nutrition over a period of two years as part of a farming project that turns unproductive farms into wonderfully green maize and vegetables. As many of the women and children in particular are malnourished, this training, as well as the increase in their crops, is helping the well-being of many families. We take so much for granted but this simple training makes all the difference to their health.
