Engineers Without Borders Australia
EWB works in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, to improve disadvantaged communities' access to the resources, technologies and knowledge necessary to meet their self-identified needs.
Our volunteers work with local organisations to build capacity in areas such as:
- Water and Sanitation;
- Appropriate Energy;
- Information and Communications Technology;
- Disability Acess; and
- Engineering Education.
EWB is currently working in Australia, Indonesia, India, East Timor, Cambodia, Laos, Nepal and PNG.
EWB also works within Australia to raise awareness of appropriate technologies, poverty alleviation, and sustainable engineering practices.
Your assistance will help us to provide essential skills and resources to underprivileged people, enabling them to build a sustainable and bright future for themselves and their families.
