Student Grant - $250.00
A grant for a rural school leaver can mean the difference between them pursuing their educational /training goal and not. It also strongly contributes to the student's chance of completing their goal - 98% of CEFA students complete the goal for which they receive their grant.
Your $250 contribution will be pooled with other gifts to form a student grant of up to $1,500. This will then be allocated to a rural/regional student in Australia who needs support and assistance to achieve their education, training or vocation goal. This goal might include university or TAFE study; traineeship, apprenticship or cadetship; or an entry level career.
Your funds will not be awarded as a cash grant, rather the student's local CEFA Education Foundation will pay the goods and services providers for a course-related expense or reimburse the student for a pre-agreed expense.
The student who receives your grant will report regularly on their goal progress, achievements and how your grant has helped them.
