Child Wise

At Child Wise we know that the biggest threat to children's futures is abuse. It destroys lives. That is why we are committed to the prevention and protection of children from abuse and exploitation. Our services include support and counselling, as well as solution focused programs which educate and support individuals and communities to protect children.

In Australia a case of child abuse is reported every 2 minutes and 1 in 5 children will be sexually abused during their childhood. Globally, over 1 million children enter the sex trade annually. The majority of these children are tricked or forcibly trafficked into a rapidly growing industry.

Greater funding will stop millions of vulnerable children from becoming victims. Through education, the long term goal is to eradicate abuse and enhance the well being of children, protecting their futures.
